There are 3 different printable sizes for photos available. You can select from.... We can add names, dates and colours to make your photo strips as unique as your event. We can also customise the design of the strip to your personal theme.
Travel is free within the Midlands area. Additional charges will be added to events outside of this. Idle hours charged at £30 each if early set up required.
The PicturePod measures 1.3m (wide) x 2.0m (long) x 2.0m (high). We need easy access to a power socket & an area of around 2m x 3m to fit the booth. We will also need a small side table for your props
The PicturePod operates using touch-screen technology and comes with two friendly booth attendants to ensure you and your guests get the most out of your hire time.
Yes. We will provide you with a USB stick containing all of the pictures taken at your event.
The guestbook is a collection of your photos in a beautiful personalised book, taken at your event whereby guests can leave their own personalised messages alongside their pictures.
We require a £100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date.
The balance is due 30 days before your event.
Yes. The PicturePod has Public Liability Insurance and an up to date PAT Certificate for our equipment.
Our typical setup time is 60 minutes. We will arrive at the venue at least 1 1/2 hour before the start of your event. All time required for setup is included free of charge and is not counted as part of your run time.
Yes you will be given a USB stick as part of the package for you to share as required
UK only. We cover areas of approximately a 30 mile radius of the Midlands. Further distances will incur a small extra fuel fee.
